Daniel’s ability to interpret a brief and add that certain creative flair to any assignment has seen him produce impressive images for MasterCard, Pfizer, OPSM, Country Energy, BankWest, Ford Performance Vehicles, St. George Bank and Top Gear Magazine, among many others. His work has also appeared in numerous local and international publications including Graphis Photo Annual, the ACMP Australian Photographers Collection and the International PDN 2008 Photo Annual and Luerzer's Archive.
Daniel began painting people and landscapes as a hobby but upon picking up a camera for reference shots, fell in love with the immediacy of the medium. "I still use my painting skills in post production while grading my images. I enjoy the whole creative process, from inception of the concept to the actual image capture right through to the final treatment in post production.”
Daniel is an exceptional people shooter capturing a unique rawness and intimacy that has become his signature. In addition, his amazing technical ability has seen him rise to become one of Australia’s top car photographers. Daniel’s treatment of light and his ability to create mood in high and low key scenarios is like no other.
Daniel served as NSW Chairman of the Society of Advertising, Commercial and Media Photographers for 3 years and is now a MASTER with the AIPP (Australian Institute of Professional Photography).
